Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Tax Manager to join a well-established public accounting firm in Ramsey, New Jersey. This role is ideal for a technically strong tax professional who enjoys managing client engagements, mentoring staff, and building lasting client relationships.
The Tax Manager will work closely with firm leadership to deliver high-quality tax compliance and advisory services to closely held businesses, partnerships, corporations, and individual clients. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and review business, partnership, corporate, and individual tax engagements, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely completion.
  • Prepare and review tax returns, tax projections, and supporting workpapers.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service and technical expertise.
  • Supervise, mentor, and develop senior accountants and staff accountants.

Qualifications
