The Manager is accountable for all phases of the client tax engagement, including budget, staff, planning, production, first level or final review, total work quality and profitability of the engagement. Managers act in a leadership role, setting an ethical, technical, quality and leadership example for direct reports and colleagues. The Manager is a CPA and is an integral part of the management team.
