Job description

We are looking for a Tax Senior who is experienced in corporate taxation and can support the Servco tax team in multiple areas as our business continues to grow in both size and complexity. This is the perfect role for a tax professional who enjoys new challenges, likes to think outside the box, and has the desire to learn and grow.
Responsibilities:
  • Prepare U.S. federal and state income tax returns and other key tax compliance obligations
  • Assist with U.S. tax provision and key components of global tax provision for annual U.S. GAAP financial statements
  • Perform tax-technical research related to business initiatives and clearly communicate findings to internal stakeholders
  • Coordinate with our external tax providers on international tax reporting requirements
  • Contribute to cross-functional projects, process improvement efforts, and tax savings opportunities
  • Maintain tax calendar on behalf of the tax department to ensure all tax reporting and tax payment deadlines are met

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or related field of study
  • Minimum of 3 years of tax experience at a large accounting firm and/or internal tax department at a mid- to large-sized company
  • Experience with U.S. corporate income tax concepts and reporting requirements
  • Prior experience with OneSource tax software is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
