  • 8+ years of relevant professional experience in technology operations, tax technology, tax operations, compliance technology, or a related domain.
  • 3+ years of experience directly managing, coaching, and developing individual contributors, including experience with performance management and capacity planning.

  • Experience leading globally distributed teams and coordinating managed-service, vendor, or supplier delivery against service, quality, and control expectations.
  • Familiarity with compliance controls, audit support, regulatory change management, UAT, incident/problem management, and operational readiness practices.
  • Experience using automation, AI-driven systems, tools, or workflows to improve operational accuracy, speed, knowledge access, or reporting.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence product and technology roadmaps, identify cross-team dependencies, and deliver improvements across a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.
