As an Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for organizing and executing a variety of events at Lookout Tavern, including parties, themed nights, and special celebrations. You will work closely with the management team to create event concepts, coordinate logistics, manage budgets, and ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for guests. This is an entry level position, perfect for someone looking to start their career in event planning and marketing. We are looking for an enthusiastic and sociable individual with a passion for social media and event planning, and a natural inclination for hosting. This role demands a flexible schedule, including the willingness to work unconventional hours. Responsibilities include organizing and outlining events during office or home hours, as well as onsite management to ensure these events run smoothly. Excellent hospitality skills are essential.
