Job description

We are seeking a dependable and energetic Key Holder to support the daily operations of our high-end tattoo studio. This role is ideal for someone who is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating a seamless client experience in a fast-paced, artistic environment. As a Key Holder, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the management team, opening and closing the studio, and ensuring daily tasks are executed with excellence.
You'll serve as a liaison between clients, staff, and management, helping to uphold our studio's commitment to service, quality, and creativity.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service
Provide exceptional service to all clients from check-in to follow-up. Assist with appointment bookings, product recommendations, and general inquiries. Create a welcoming environment that reflects the studio's upscale and inclusive atmosphere.
Sales
Promote and sell studio services and retail products to help meet sales goals. Stay informed about ongoing promotions and collaborate with the team to drive sales. Track customer preferences and offer personalized product/service suggestions.
Operational Support
Open and close the studio independently, ensuring all security and cash handling protocols are followed. Assist with daily administrative tasks, including appointment scheduling, POS transactions, and basic inventory restocking. Ensure the front desk and common areas are clean, organized, and functioning efficiently.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in a key holder or supervisory role, preferably in a high-end service or retail environment. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. Basic administrative and organizational skills, including email handling and data entry. Ability to take initiative, stay calm under pressure, and solve problems independently. Comfortable using POS systems, scheduling software, and handling cash. A positive attitude and the flexibility to adapt to the evolving needs of the studio.
