The Retail Supervisor reports to the Senior Store Manager or Assistant Manager and is expected to execute the following duties and responsibilities: adhere to company policy/core values;; publish staff schedules; open/close the bakeshops; oversee daily staffing; make cash deposits; manage inventory in a timely manner.
