We are seeking a friendly, knowledgeable, and service-driven Winery Bartender / Tasting Room Associate to join our team. This role focuses on wine service, guest engagement, and light cocktail preparation, while helping guests explore our wine selection and enhance their visit.

What You’ll DoWine Service amp; Guest Experience
  • Serve wine tastings and full pours in a professional and engaging manner
  • Educate guests on different wines, including flavor profiles, origins, and styles
  • Guide guests through tastings and help them find wines they enjoy
  • Provide recommendations based on guest preferences
Wine Knowledge amp; Pairings
  • Develop a strong understanding of all wines offered by the winery
  • Explain wine characteristics such as sweetness, body, and finish
  • Recommend food and wine pairings to enhance the guest experience
  • Answer guest questions confidently and accurately
Bartending amp; Beverage Service
  • Prepare and serve basic cocktails, wine-based drinks, and other beverages
