The Reporting & Audience Insights Manager will lead TaskForce's audience development, insights, reporting, and technical operations work across meme campaigns, social content, and activations.

This role is responsible for helping define where our audiences live online, how they talk about the issues we work on, and how our content performs once it reaches them. A major focus of the role is translating both quantitative performance data and qualitative audience response into clear, useful reporting that reflects not only numbers, but also narrative learnings based on comments, dialogue, sightings in the wild, and emerging audience sentiment.

The Reporting & Audience Insights Manager will work closely with the Editorial and Meme Lead, as well as the client lead from the Marketing Team, to ensure reporting accurately captures campaign performance, audience behavior, and strategic opportunities for growth.

This role will also support the technical systems that make distributed content work possible, including overseeing remote accessibility across various machines, Reddit user accounts, platform access, tracking systems, and operational workflows.

• Maintain, update, and improve internal tracking systems and dashboards that measure performance across content, clients, platforms, memes, comments, and activations.
• Track data across subreddits and other key audience spaces, including subscribers, weekly visitors, growth patterns, engagement, and content performance.
• Analyze quantitative performance data to identify trends, top-performing content, audience growth, reach, engagement, and areas for optimization.
• Capture qualitative learnings based on comments, audience dialogue, organic shares, Reddit threads, sightings in the wild, and broader online conversation around posts and activations.
• Translate audience response into clear strategic takeaways for clients and internal teams.
• Produce weekly reporting decks that clearly communicate campaign results, key metrics, audience insights, narrative learnings, and strategic recommendations.
• Work with the client lead from the Marketing Team to ensure reporting is accurate, clearly framed, and useful for client conversations.
• Partner with the Editorial and Meme Lead to turn audience learnings into actionable content and distribution recommendations.

• Lead audience research and platform mapping to identify priority communities, audience segments, posting opportunities, and pathways for content distribution.
• Develop audience profiles that define who we are trying to reach, where they spend time online, what language they use, and what kinds of content resonate with them.
• Track relevant subreddits, niche communities, social spaces, and emerging platforms to surface opportunities for campaign expansion.
• Monitor platform trends, audience behaviors, Reddit culture, meme formats, and engagement patterns to inform content strategy and distribution planning.

• Support the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of distributed posting infrastructure, including server farm workflows and related operational systems.
• Help manage platform access, login systems, account documentation, and internal processes that support content distribution at scale.
• Identify opportunities to improve internal systems for reporting, audience mapping, platform access, and campaign analysis.
• Stay current on platform changes, account requirements, technical limitations, and operational risks that may impact distributed content work.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in audience insights, reporting, social analytics, content strategy, or digital campaigns.
• Strong understanding of social platforms, Reddit, online communities, meme culture, and audience behavior.
• Experience tracking performance data, building reports, and maintaining dashboards or internal tracking systems.
• Working knowledge of: Java, SQL, R, Looker and Tableau
• Ability to translate both quantitative data and qualitative audience response into clear strategic insights.
• Comfortable managing multiple campaigns, clients, platforms, and reporting workflows at once.
• Comfort with platform access, account documentation, technical workflows, and basic troubleshooting.
• Interest in progressive politics, advocacy, culture, and internet-native content.
• Ability to work a hybrid schedule in New York.
