Mission
As a key member of a small cross-functional team, the job-holder will be engaged in sustainability projects and data analysis to support North America businesses primarily and other global businesses units where necessary to meet targets as part of the Company's Twentyby30 Sustainability Program with a focus on energy, water and waste reduction

Sustainability Projects
Support implementation and monitor Twentyby30 roadmaps and 5-year Projects / Investments Plan in each business / plant with Business leaders and Plant Managers and identify actions for improvement Monitor Operational Capex Projects (PARs, Post-Capex review) aligned with Twentyby30 goals - North America and Global scope Identify and help disseminate Best Practices across plants / Divisions Collaborate with EHS and Quality to ensure environmental compliance policies are established and followed and performance is tracked, Participate (lead) workshops (Climate Action & Energy Optimization) at manufacturing sites to teach plant employees about climate change, our Sustainability program, and energy improvement opportunities at their sites Facilitate ad-hoc taskforce on specific environmental topics (water, fuel reduction) Support data analysis for Product Carbon Footprint Participate in Customers meeting and prepare presentations when appropriate Participate in ad-hoc global projects (Business Pathways to Net Zero, Net Zero plant, global taskforce)
Sustainability Reporting and Data Monitoring - North America & Global Coordination
Monitor accuracy, consistency and completeness of environmental data (energy, water, waste) reported in OneStream data collection platform and subsequently in Sweep sustainability data platform on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis (for annual reporting) in collaboration with other team members, Analyze monthly activity data (energy, water, waste) and engage with NA operations leaders and other divisions Sustainability & EHS teams to identify issues and implement corrective actions, Utilize sustainability data and carbon accounting platform (OneStream, Sweep) to support data reporting including progress of internal goals, CDP, GRI, CSRD, and more
