Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage departments
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability
- Ensure exceptional guest service and satisfaction
- Manage and motivate a team of employees, providing training and development opportunities
- Monitor and maintain hotel cleanliness, safety, and security standards
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
- Handle guest complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
