Job description

The right candidate is someone who works well in a collaborative environment, pays close attention to detail, is systems and processes oriented and possesses strong interpersonal communication skills.

Position Summary

  • Receipting and entering information for new contracts and handling earnest money funds.
  • Processing title work and sending to parties involved in the transaction
  • Ordering HOA, Home Warranty and Payoff information
  • Assisting in closing escrow accounts on both front end and back end of files
  • Handling wires, invoices and balancing files
  • Reviewing files for accuracy prior to closing
  • Staying in communication with buyers, sellers, lenders, and agents to provide a stellar customer experience
  • Answering phones, responding to emails
  • Ownership of daily tasks for front end processing.

Requirements

  • High School Graduate
  • Strong computer skills
  • Experienced multitasker with problem solving skills
  • Ability to work independently without the need for constant supervision
  • Task oriented
  • Experience dealing directly with customers
  • Highly organized
