Job description

With the continuous expansion of Nine Line Apparel, this is a constantly growing position. Order Fulfillment employees must have high energy, detail oriented, and pride themselves in organization. This position is required to accurately fulfill orders, have overall knowledge of all designs and products, responsible for SKU recognition, and matching all PACK SLIPS to the appropriate items.

KEY FUNCTIONS:

  • Work during the scheduled work hours. 8AM-5PM. Flexibility with schedule is favorable. Attendance is extremely important, as is punctuality. Employee must clock in on time and report to their station to immediately begin daily tasks.
  • Learn all designs currently produced by Nine Line Apparel using SKU recognition as well as visual recognition.
  • Become an expert in all online products sold by Nine Line Apparel including all garments, embroidered items, and assembled product.
  • Navigate the Fulfillment Department by location. Requirements include learning all aisles, columns, and bin locations needed to fulfill orders.
  • Work diligently to fulfill orders correctly and in a timely manner. Employee must be able to meet the department standard of orders shipped per day.
