Position Summary

Mosaic Construction Services is seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee construction projects from start to finish. This role is responsible for project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and coordination between field operations and office teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities Project Leadership & Coordination
  • Oversee all phases of construction projects, including scope, scheduling, and execution
  • Align project goals with company strategy and documentation
  • Coordinate field operations and office teams
Client & Stakeholder Management
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
  • Manage communication and expectations across all project stakeholders
  • Lead change order negotiations and client coordination
Project Execution & Performance
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality and safety standards
  • Support field teams with issue resolution and project guidance
  • Conduct site visits as needed to monitor progress
Financial & Risk Management
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and project expenses
  • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
  • Evaluate cost-saving opportunities
Compliance & Documentation
