Job description

The Task Order Program Manager provide daily programmatic, analytical, and administrative support to Government program managers and technical staff. These roles help maintain schedules, support program documentation, analyze program data, coordinate across stakeholder groups, and ensure the timely delivery of required program artifacts in support of OUSW (R&E).

This position is pending contract award.

Must be a U.S. Citizen.

Must have a Top Secret / Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) with SAP eligibility.

Responsibilities

  • Provide daily program management and analytical support to Government leads
  • Maintain schedules, trackers, and program management artifacts
  • Assist in preparing briefings, reports, and documentation packages
  • Collect and analyze program data, including cost, schedule, and performance indicators
  • Support meeting preparation, coordination, and minutes
  • Conduct records management and maintain organized program documentation
  • Coordinate program activities with Government and industry partners
  • Lead small teams, support senior leadership, and develop higher level program products

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in one of the following areas:
    • System Engineering
    • Aerospace Engineering
    • Electrical Engineering
    • Physical Sciences
    • Software Engineering 
    • Cyber Engineering
    • AI /ML Engineering
  • Minimum of Ten (10) years experience managing, planning, developing, and executing major research, engineering, and development support contracts exceeding $50M for defense organizations
  • Minimum of Ten (10) years experience as a lead or deputy Program Manager for major technology programs (or a portfolio of programs) exceeding $100M in value 
  • Minimum of Ten (10) years experience establishing and maintaining strong, collaborative working relationships with stakeholders across the DoW
  • Minimum of Five (5) years experience and foundational knowledge in the field of Electromagnetics and Radio Frequencies (EM/RF)
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing the entire lifecycle of technology design, manufacturing, integration and testing
  • Proven leadership in managing portfolios of diverse technology development programs
  • Minimum of Five (5) years experience leading and operating within highly classified environments, including SAP and SCI
  • Minimum of Five (5) years experience with the DoW’s Defense Acquisition System DoD 5000 series 
  • Demonstrated knowledge of DoW organizational structure and experience collaborating with R&E program managers
  • Minimum of Ten (10) years demonstrated experience related to written and oral communication skills, essential for leading cross-functional teams and briefing senior stakeholders
