A large service and supply company is offering an immediate position to an individual who will enter and process orders, produce invoices, and communicate with clients. You will work Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Duties:
  • Assist in the Customer Service Department by managing email correspondence and entering data into the billing system
  • Utilize information to produce invoices and process orders
  • Engage with clients via phone calls to obtain necessary information
  • Thrive in high-volume data entry tasks with a keen eye for accuracy

Job Requirements
Qualifications:
  • Proficiently using Microsoft Office 360, with a strong emphasis on Excel and Outlook
  • Feel comfortable with basic mathematical calculations
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills with a pleasant phone demeanor
  • Maintain a professional and presentable appearance
  • Have reliable transportation
