What you'll doWorking directly with the General Manager, Assistant Managers are the restaurant's second in command and will be doing most of the things done by General Managers. The Assistant Manager role is a crucial step in your career development toward the General Manager role.

Key responsibilities include:

Helping in the training of Teammates, and coaching in the moment as needed

Facilitating proper standards and procedures

Maintaining excellent customer satisfaction at all times

Inventory counting and recording

Helping to create shift schedules

Opening, closing, and additional administrative duties

Ensure proper food handling and preparation throughout the stations
