We are seeking an experienced Administrative Virtual Assistant to support a growing law firm with billing management through Clio and direct communication with clients. The firm consists of approximately 15 attorneys, and the VA will play a key role in ensuring timely, accurate billing and maintaining excellent client relations.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and process billing through Clio Manage (time entries, invoices, payments).
  • Coordinate billing details and updates with attorneys and clients.
  • Track billable hours and ensure accuracy across multiple matters.
  • Follow up on overdue invoices and client payments as needed.
  • Maintain organized records of client communications and billing histories.
  • Support administrative tasks such as document management and scheduling.
  • Communicate professionally via email, phone, and client portals.

Requirements:
  • Experience using Clio Manage (billing, timekeeping, or client management).
  • Prior experience working as a Virtual Assistant in a legal or professional servicesenvironment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
