• Conduct individual and couples therapy sessions, tailored to support clients across a wide age spectrum.
• Utilize a sophisticated billing service to streamline claims processing, while ensuring accuracy in record-keeping for client accounts and insurance.
• Maintain up-to-date therapy notes and documentation, adhering to best practices for confidentiality and compliance.
• Proactively schedule and manage appointments with clients, creating a seamless therapeutic experience.
• Engage actively in team collaborations, sharing insights and therapeutic techniques to enhance service delivery.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on thorough assessments of individual client needs.

The patients you will serve include children, adolescents, and families within various school contexts. You will address a range of mental health concerns, employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities to help clients overcome challenges, build coping strategies, and enhance their overall emotional health. By working closely with educators and caregivers, you will help to identify needs and create supportive strategies within the school environment.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work or Clinical Psychology, required.
• Current independent licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Outstanding organizational skills, with the ability to manage both therapeutic and administrative tasks efficiently.
• Demonstrated professionalism and capacity to establish clear therapeutic boundaries.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on cultural competency and sensitivity to diverse populations.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and growth in therapeutic methodologies.

• Experience working with couples and families is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with school-based mental health interventions and community resources.
• Proficient in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems for efficient documentation.
