Main tasks : Collaborates with the team of auxiliary nurses; Provided residents with supportive care related to activities of daily living while establishing a relationship of trust with them (moving them, washing them, helping them to eat, changing bedding, helping them take their medication by oral, etc.); Encourage the autonomy of residents and their participation in the activities of the residence Establish a relationship of trust with residents based on respect and dignity Contribute to the creation of a safe and warm living environment for residents Ensures the security of travel and places; Ensures a human presence with the residents of the living unit in order to help them, encourage them and give them the moral support they will need; Perform all other related tasks or special mandates established by management
