Range for 2 year degree $29.00-$44.95
Range for 4 year degree $30.00-$45.95
Essential Functions:

  • Coordinating with physicians and other healthcare professionals for creating and evaluating customized care plans.
  • Maintaining reports of patientsโ€™ medical histories, and monitoring changes in their condition.
  • Carrying out the requisite treatments and medications.
  • Changing patientโ€™s medication as indicated by their conditions and responses.
  • Maintaining hygienic and safe working environment in compliance with the healthcare procedures.
  • Providing instant care during medical emergencies.
  • Discussing treatment with pharmacists and physicians in the critical cases.
  • Providing necessary guidance on health maintenance and disease prevention.
  • Preparing patients for examinations.
  • Educating patientโ€™s families about the disease and its treatment.
  • Assisting doctors during surgery.
  • Attending educational workshops for enhancing professional and technical knowledge.
  • Performing lab work and giving complete information to the physician about patientโ€™s condition during anesthesia.
  • Recommending drugs and other forms of treatment, like inhalation therapy, physical therapy, etc.

Skills Abilities:

  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with all levels.
  • Ability to complete competency CPR and First Aid.
  • Ability to perform simple mathematical equations.

  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Current certification/license in the State of Missouri.
  • Class B Basic Life Support (CPR) within 90 days of employment and renewed biannually.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • One year of general, or Skilled Nursing preferred.
