About the Company:

Established in 1951, SPS Companies, Inc. is a wholesale distributor of products and services for residential and commercial plumbing, mechanical, and industrial piping, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, and fire protection. We currently have seven plumbing locations across Minnesota, North Dakota, and Colorado. In addition to plumbing and heating, we also have fire protection and roofing/sheet metal divisions. About the Role:

The Warehouse Associate/Delivery Driver plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of warehouse activities and the timely delivery of goods within the wholesale trade industry. This position requires managing inventory through accurate order entry and maintaining the warehouse environment to support smooth logistics operations. The role involves operating forklifts safely to move and organize products, ensuring that all items are handled with care and stored properly. Additionally, the delivery driver component requires planning and executing delivery routes to meet customer schedules while adhering to safety and regulatory standards. Ultimately, this position contributes to customer satisfaction by ensuring products are accurately processed, stored, and delivered on time.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Certification or proven experience in forklift operation.
  • Basic computer skills with experience in order entry or inventory management systems.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks associated with warehouse work.
