Key Responsibilities

• Build and nurture positive, trusting relationships with clients to create a safe therapeutic space.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose mental health conditions and establish appropriate therapeutic pathways.
• Design and implement tailored treatment plans that address clients' unique needs and aspirations.
• Facilitate regular therapeutic sessions, providing counseling to individuals and groups while adapting approaches as necessary based on progress and feedback.
