Warehouse Associate
The Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations including inventory organization, stocking, shipping and receiving, forklift operation, and general warehouse maintenance. This role plays a key part in ensuring inventory accuracy, operational efficiency, and timely movement of products throughout the warehouse.
The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and restock inventory in designated warehouse locations
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as required
- Wrap, package, and prepare inventory for shipment
- Assist with inventory movement and material handling throughout the warehouse
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
- Collaborate with warehouse, purchasing, and management teams to improve operational efficiency
- Maintain and care for warehouse tools and equipment
- Scrap and remove panels and materials as directed
- Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control activities
- Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned
- Perform other duties, tasks, or work as assigned

Education & Experience
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Warehouse experience preferred
- Forklift experience is a plus
Physical Demands
- Occasional sitting, reaching, working overhead, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling
- Frequent walking
- Continuous standing and repetitive hand motion
- Frequent lifting and movement of materials throughout the workday
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and heavier items with proper equipment or team assistance

Work Environment
This position operates in a warehouse environment. Employees may work around forklifts, material handling equipment, inventory racks, and shipping/receiving operations. Proper safety procedures must be followed at all times. Closed-toe footwear is required.
