We are looking for a Sales Development Team Lead to join our growing team!We are creating a new Sales Development Team Lead role to raise the performance of the entire SDR organization. This is intentionally a non-quota position: instead of carrying an individual target for meetings booked, the Team Lead multiplies the output of the whole team by coaching reps, owning and improving the SDR process, and building the automation and AI tooling that lets a lean team perform well above its headcount. No problem!As a Sales Development Team Lead, you will:Coach and develop SDRs through call reviews, live feedback, messaging and objection-handling practice, and onboarding support, without carrying an individual meetings quota.Own the SDR outbound process end to end: build and refine sequences, cadences, lead routing, data hygiene, and handoff workflows across the team's business units.Design, launch, and scale AI-driven outbound (for example, Qualified AI email campaigns) and other AI sales tooling to source qualified meetings at higher volume and lower cost.Partner with Sales Development leadership and Sales Operations to find bottlenecks, prioritize automation, and roll improvements out to the full team.Work with the GTM engineer and Revenue Operations on the tech stack (Gong Engage, Qualified, Clay, Salesforce, HubSpot) to standardize what works and retire what does not.Create and maintain enablement materials, playbooks, and reference guides so best practices scale across brands.Measure and report on the efficiency and pipeline impact of coaching and automation, including meetings sourced, conversion lift, and pipeline and ARR contribution.Stay hands-on, stepping into live prospecting to demonstrate and pressure-test what works, measured on team lift rather than a personal quota.This position follows established policies and procedures to keep confidential information secure.A great fit for this position has:Two or more years of SDR or sales development success, ideally in vertical or legal and accounting SaaS, with a proven record of meeting or exceeding targets (President's Club or equivalent a strong plus).A demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and lift the performance of peers.Hands-on experience with a modern SDR stack such as Gong Engage, Salesforce, HubSpot, and outbound sequencing tools.Real aptitude and enthusiasm for automation and AI tooling, comfortable building campaigns, workflows, and prompts, and picking up new tools quickly.Strong written, verbal, and analytical skills, with the ability to turn activity and outcome data into action.A highly organized, self-directed approach, with the ability to work across multiple business units and partner cross-functionally with leadership, Revenue Operations, and marketing.Additional Desirable Qualifications:Experience with Qualified, Clay, or similar AI outbound and data-enrichment platforms.Familiarity with the legal or accounting software space and ProfitSolv's brands.Experience building SDR onboarding or enablement programs.Exposure to prompt engineering or no-code and low-code automation.Ability to sit for extended periods and work at a computerCapability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionallyWillingness to travel as neededOur commitment to you: At ProfitSolv, we are committed to being a diverse and inclusive workplace as an Equal Opportunity Employer.
