Job description

LOCATION: Kansas City
PAY RATE:
$17.00/hour
AVAILABLE SHIFTS:
Front Half:
Sunday - Wednesday
9:00 AM - 7:30 PM
Back Half:
Wednesday - Saturday
7:00 AM - 5:30 PM
POSITION OVERVIEW:
This is a Cleaner position supporting a warehouse facility. Candidates will be responsible for maintaining assigned areas throughout the building and should expect to be on their feet and walking for the majority of their shift.
Duties include:
- Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors
- Cleaning restrooms
- Emptying trash and waste receptacles
- Dusting furniture, fixtures, vents, lights, and blinds
- Cleaning windows and common areas
- General housekeeping and facility upkeep
- Additional duties as assigned
IMPORTANT QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be reliable and have strong attendance
- Must be comfortable walking throughout a large facility for extended periods
- Must be willing to perform a variety of cleaning duties
- Must be able to follow safety procedures and onsite instructions
DRESS CODE / PPE:
- Composite safety-toe shoes are REQUIRED and candidates will be turned away without them
- Casual clothing is acceptable
- No ripped clothing, offensive graphics, or inappropriate attire
FIRST DAY REQUIREMENTS:
- Valid government-issued photo ID required
- Candidates will receive a badge after check-in
- Badge is required for future entry into the facility
EMPLOYMENT STATUS:
Temp-to-hire opportunity with potential for permanent placement based on attendance, performance, and reliability.
