Job description

Tailored Living of Corpus Christi is currently hiring for the following position: Lead Installer. As a lead installer you will be responsible for the installation of closet, garage, and office organization products and cabinetry along with garage floor prep and epoxy painting in the Costal Bend area. Occasional use of POV may be required. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of cabinet installation experience or in a related industry such as finish carpentry. Ability to tape/float/paint a plus. Must be able to show a clean driving record and be able to pass a background check. Candidates must be prepared to get to work on time with a positive attitude and must have the physical strength and stamina to perform the duties of this job.


Lead Installer Responsibilities:

- Conducts in-home installation of company products and collects payment

- Conducts in-home installation repairs, as needed

- Conducts in-home cement floor grinding and painting

- Provides friendly and knowledgeable service to ensure customer satisfaction

- Solicits referrals and/or canvasses territory to obtain new leads

- Completes and submits installation paperwork on a daily basis

- Maintains warehouse in a neat and orderly fashion

- Maintains assigned truck and cargo trailer, including washing, restocking supplies, etc.

- Complies with and follows all safety policies

Lead Installer Qualifications:

- Carpentry: 2 years (Preferred)

- Construction, 1 year (Preferred)

- Painting: 1 year (Preferred)

- Valid Driver's License

- Clean driving record

- General construction knowledge

- Able to lift over 50 pounds
