Employees may operate machinery to cut, wind, or package tape products, inspect quality, and ensure that production standards are met. These jobs may also include roles in maintenance, logistics, or quality control, depending on the company’s needs. Tape Craft positions often require attention to detail, ability to follow safety procedures, and sometimes physical stamina for standing or lifting. Experience in manufacturing can be helpful, but some positions offer on-the-job training.

What are some common challenges faced in the tape craft role, and how can they be effectively managed?
