Tandy is seeking a Merchandise Planning and Allocations Analyst who can manage high‑volume, high‑SKU inventory flow with precision and ownership. This role oversees allocation and replenishment for more than 4,000 SKUs across 100+ stores, ensuring products are stocked appropriately based on demand, store behavior, and category strategy. The Analyst will execute daily allocation decisions, maintain replenishment logic, support new product launches and promotions, and conduct structured SKU audits to keep stocking levels aligned with real‑world performance. Success in this role requires strong analytical skills, comfort working with complex datasets, and a hands‑on, problem‑solving mindset.
