Job description

Maintenance Technician – Leather Tannery

We're looking for a skilled, hands-on Maintenance Technician to help keep our facility and equipment running safely and efficiently. If you're mechanically inclined, take pride in your work, and enjoy solving problems, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

  • Perform preventive and routine maintenance on machinery, equipment, and building systems
  • Troubleshoot and repair unexpected equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime
  • Dismantle, clean, and replace defective or worn parts
  • Support general facility maintenance, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and/or welding as needed
  • Assist with other maintenance duties as they arise


What We're Looking For

  • Hands-on experience in one or more skilled trades (mechanics, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, welding, or similar)
  • Self-motivated and reliable with a strong attention to safety
  • Flexible team player who can adapt to changing priorities
  • Prior tannery or industrial manufacturing experience is a plus – but we're happy to train the right person
