NOW HIRING — Bilingual & Multilingual Teachers & Teaching Assistants Languages: Urdu (اردو) · Arabic (عربي) · Farsi (فارسی) · Tamil (தமிழ்) · Hindi (हिन्दी)

We are growing our team and looking for warm, passionate educators fluent in Urdu, Arabic, Farsi, Tamil, and/or Hindi to lead and support our Infant/Toddler classrooms (6 weeks – 24 months). KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and nurture an infant/toddler classroom for children aged 6 weeks – 24 months in a licensed childcare setting
  • Communicate fluently with multilingual families in Urdu, Arabic, Farsi, Tamil, and/or Hindi, bridging language and cultural gaps to build authentic trust
  • Design and implement developmentally appropriate activities aligned with social, emotional, and intellectual milestones
  • Maintain a safe, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment every day
  • Partner with families and staff through clear verbal and written communication in English and your target language(s)

REQUIREMENTS

Language: Fluency in one or more of the following — Urdu, Arabic, Farsi, Tamil, Hindi (spoken and written)

Education:

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • 45 hours in Child Growth and Development
  • 45-hour Infant-Toddler Certificate (required for 6 weeks – 24 months classrooms)

Experience:

  • Minimum one year working with infants in a licensed childcare facility, or 30 college credits
  • Demonstrated knowledge of social, emotional, and intellectual developmental stages

Skills & Attributes:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English and target language(s)
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development
  • Physical ability to stand, bend, lift up to 50 lbs, and keep up with busy toddlers

PREFERRED (NOT REQUIRED) Associate's or bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Development or a related field
