Job Title – Project Engineering Manager ( 5 Jobs )

Location: Houston, TX (or) Overland Park, KS (or) Bloomington, MN (or) Ann Arbor, MI (or) Raleigh, NC

Base Salary – $140,000 – $180,000

Key Responsibilities:

Lead project teams through conceptual design, procurement, and construction support for substation, distribution, and transmission line projects, with a primary focus on 69kV and above.

Manage project schedules, budgets, and scopes for services and EPC work.

Mentor and train engineers assigned to active projects, providing day-to-day technical oversight, performance feedback, and skill development—especially in PLS-CADD and related tools.

Minimum of 8 years of experience, ideally looking for 10+ years

Structural engineer as most of the work is structural focused.

PLS-CADD is a MUST have, need to have experience doing modeling in this tool and really rate themselves 8/10 or higher. They must be willing to still be doing PLS-CADD work, as well as leading teams. Need to be technical as they will be a doer and a leader

Primarily structural (civil) engineering—approximately 90% of the role—covering foundations, framing (steel, concrete, wood), and materials.

Must being experienced with 69KV and higher
