Talent Acquisition Specialist
LHH is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist for a growing organization with a large operational workforce. This opportunity is ideal for a recruiting professional who enjoys partnering with hiring leaders, managing multiple priorities, and driving successful hiring outcomes across a variety of positions.
The ideal candidate brings strong full-cycle recruiting experience, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has prior experience supporting specialized industrial, field-based, or technical workforces.
Responsibilities
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding coordination.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
  • Source and engage qualified candidates through a variety of channels, including networking, referrals, databases, and direct outreach.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Provide hiring leaders with market insights, candidate feedback, and recruiting updates.
  • Manage multiple active requisitions while maintaining a high level of organization and responsiveness.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain accurate recruiting records and track hiring activity within the applicant tracking system.
Qualifications
  • 5-7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • Experience recruiting within industrial, technical, manufacturing, energy, construction, or field-service environments is strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage a high-volume requisition workload while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with hiring managers and business leaders.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive approach to problem solving and talent acquisition.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
