Victor 12 is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) with a mission-driven focus providing innovative training and IT support to Federal agencies, including the Veterans Benefits Administration (VBA). Victor 12 supports a wide range of technical environments, including Microsoft (MS) Cloud, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Azure, Unix, and Dell Hyperconverged Infrastructure (HCI) networks. Our teams have developed thousands of hours of training products across all modalities and in compliance with SCORM/AICC and Section 508 requirements, with several courses undergoing American Council on Education (ACE) review and earning recommendation for credit at higher learning institutions. Victor 12 supports Lifecycle Maintenance (LCM) efforts and the implementation of leading-edge customer support service desk systems.
