This isn't a traditional recruiting role. We're looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to serve as a strategic thought partner and help shape how we attract, engage, and hire talent across one of the leading organizations in the beverage alcohol industry.

Experience recruiting within operations, distribution, supply chain, logistics, or similarly complex environments is highly valued. Workday Recruiting experience is a plus.

Job Description:

What You'll Have the Opportunity to Do

  • Partner strategically with Operations and HR leaders to translate business needs into effective talent strategies.
  • Build proactive pipelines for recurring, critical, and hard-to-fill Operations and leadership roles.
  • Bring market insights and recruiting data to the business to influence hiring decisions and identify opportunities to pivot.
  • Think creatively through partnerships, events, referrals, competitive mapping, and new approaches to reaching talent.
  • Elevate the hiring experience through strong intake, candidate engagement, and hiring manager partnership.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement company recruiting plan.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and design plans around areas of opportunity.
  • Create and manage external talent pipelines.
  • Create and build relationships with Universities, partner organizations, and community resources.
  • Ensure adherence to company recruiting and hiring process.
  • Partner with Management to elevate talent and ensure best hiring decision is made.
  • Ensure effective communication to hiring managers and candidates throughout the interview process.
  • Other duties, as assigned by the jobholder's supervisor, may also be required.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field and/or equivalent training and work experience
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in Human Resources - Recruiting focus
  • Advanced PC skills using MS Office and other various computer programs including presentation software
  • Must be a results-oriented professional with verbal/written communication skills using diplomacy and discretion as well as customer service skills
  • Ability to multi-task, work independently and/or within a team, pay attention to detail and meet deadlines
  • Analytic and Reporting skills
  • Utilize sound judgement and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume, team environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PHR Certification
  • Comprehensive experience with Social Media recruiting
  • Previous HRIS experience

Physical Requirements:

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to, stand, sit; talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone
