This is not a traditional recruiting role - this is a highly collaborative, relationship-based role with a regular in-office presence. We're looking for someone who wants to be part of the organization-not simply recruit for it. The Talent Engagement Manager will be a visible, relationship-driven presence across the firm, connecting with employees and leaders, participating in workplace initiatives, and helping shape the culture that attracts and retains exceptional talent.
In this role, you'll serve as both a talent ambassador and culture champion, creating meaningful connections with current and future employees and helping ensure that every stage of the talent experience reflects who we are. What You'll Do
  • Build strong relationships with employees and leaders to understand our culture, projects, teams, and talent needs.
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for positions across multiple offices and disciplines.
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies through LinkedIn, professional networks, social media, universities, and industry organizations.
  • Serve as an enthusiastic ambassador for the DAHLIN brand and employee experience.
  • Manage candidate communications, interviews, assessments, references, offers, and onboarding coordination.
  • Analyze and report recruiting trends, talent market conditions, and hiring metrics to support strategic decision-making.
  • Attend employee events and support engagement initiatives that help employees feel welcomed, connected, and successful.
  • Be available Monday - Friday from 8am - 5pm; collaborate with staff across the firm to contribute to a positive and productive work environment. This position is eligible for hybrid work after a period of on-site orientation.

  • Experience leveraging AI-powered tools and technologies to enhance recruiting, employee engagement, communication, and operational efficiency.
  • Professional services, architecture, engineering, design, or consulting industry experience is a plus.
  • Must be legally authorized to work for any employer in the United States without any restrictions or visa sponsorship

We offer a competitive compensation package based on experience and qualifications. Excellent benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage. We also offer the opportunity to participate in a pre-tax Flexible Spending plans for medical, childcare, and commuter expenses, Employee Stock Ownership Plan, and 401k.
Salary range: $90,000 - $130,000 depending on qualifications. Placement within this pay range will be determined by factors such as education, qualifications and/or experience. The maximum is reserved for candidates who currently meet all job requirements.
