Job description

Position: Manager, Talent Acquisition
Location: Andover, MA
Pay: base salary + uncapped commission potential
Who we're looking for: Black Diamond Networks is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join our TA department. As the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of Talent Acquisition Associates and driving the recruitment strategy for our organization. Additionally, as a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for calling, qualifying, and selecting the next group of BDN All-Stars. This role requires a high level of comfort with outbound communication and the ability to effectively engage with candidates. Please note this position is based on-site at our Andover office.
What you'll do:
  • Manage and mentor a team of Talent Acquisition Associates, providing guidance and support throughout the recruitment process
  • Develop and implement effective data and metric driven recruitment strategies to attract top talent to BDN
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions
  • Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization
  • Manage the offer process, including negotiating salary and benefits packages
  • Utilize applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruitment tools to manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely hiring decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
  • Attend local university networking and industry events to build a strong relationships with potential candidates while promoting the BDN brand
  • Accountable for weekly metrics such as phone dials, interviews, offers and acceptances
  • Ad Hoc projects assigned by Director of Human Resources
