Job description

As a Talent Acquisition Partner II, you will be using your skills and expertise to source and attract top talent. The Talent Acquisition Partner II is a mid-level role focused on sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for the organization. This position involves conducting advanced candidate evaluations, collaborating with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The Talent Acquisition Partner II uses data and analytics to influence talent decisions and enhance recruitment processes.As SNC's corporate team, we provide the company and its business areas with strategic direction and business support spanning executive management, finance and accounting, operations, human resources, legal, IT, information security, facilities, marketing, and communications.

Responsibilities:

  • Source, attract, and engage qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Conduct thorough evaluations and screenings of candidates' resumes, applications, and interviews to assess their fit for open positions.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies in collaboration with hiring managers and HR business partners.
  • Promote a diverse and inclusive work environment by actively seeking and engaging candidates from diverse backgrounds.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Provide a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear and timely communication throughout the recruitment process.
  • Utilize data and analytics to inform and improve recruitment strategies and processes.
  • Assist in onboarding new hires and ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
  • Partner with the business to forcast needs and continually source/pipeline talent to meet business demand.

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited University.
  • 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or a related field.
  • Relevant experience can be considered as a substitute for the required educational qualifications. In the absence of a degree, a minimum of 8+ years of related experience is required.
  • Higher level relevant degree may substitute for experience.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a quality candidate pipeline, and providing a high level of client service.
  • Strong project management, organizational and communication skills.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively cross functionally.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, results-oriented approach.
  • Ability to accurately and positively represent SNC to the job market.
  • Foundational knowledge of AI tools relevant to daily recruiting tasks.
  • Experience recruiting across A&D Engineering, Production and Field Service highly preferred.
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance is required

Qualifications We Prefer:

  • Experience in the Aerospace and Defense industry.
  • Experience with Workday ATS and Beamery CRM.
  • Certification in HR or Talent Acquisition (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP, AIRS).
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
  • Experience with Candidate Relationship Management Systems (CRM).
  • Experience with salary negotiation and closing candidates.
  • Demonstrated consultative and solution oriented approach to recruitment search engagements.
  • Experience with technical recruiting.
  • Experience working in a service focused organization of comparable size and complexity.

  • Ability to communicate effectively via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Ability to travel as required.

Estimated Starting Salary Range: $74,581.13 - $102,549.04. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors, such as candidates' key skills, relevant work experience, and education/training/certifications. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.
