Manufacturing and AMHS Managers

As an AMHS Manager or Manufacturing Manager, you will demonstrate a strong sense of reliability and enthusiasm and will possess an attitude that embodies our core values – Integrity, Commitment, Innovation and Customer Trust.

TSMC Arizona's Manufacturing Section Manager is responsible for leading new technology transfers, new production line set up, wafer focused manufacturing in multiple modules/departments, production improvement to ensure a smooth production operation, people management initiatives, and business-related functions focused on wafer manufacturing. Responsibilities include:

  • Experience in the semiconductor industry with DFK or Muratec AMHS system or other AMHS suppliers, and equipment knowledge
  • Elevate 300mm semiconductor manufacturing system excellence on equipment productivity improvement and delivery cycle time improvement.
  • Conduct the machine and the equipment integration application to create or maintain an effective scheduling system can provide decision-making logic to enable the fab to achieve production capacity targets, improve the operation control capability of the fab, and significantly reduce variability.
  • Collaborate with Engineering teams, Process integration, Yield improvement as cross-functional cooperation to meet customer's requirements

TSMC Arizona's AMHS Section Manager is responsible for leading new technology transfers, new production line set up, maintenance, quality, and productivity improvement to ensure a smooth production operation. Responsibilities include:

  • Experience in the semiconductor industry with DFK or Muratec AMHS system or other AMHS suppliers, and equipment knowledge
  • Demonstrated knowledge of scheduling system or optimization algorithm, IE, IT or related fields is required
  • Understanding of machine learning/deep learning
  • Strong knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC) and/or Design of Experiments (DOE) principles
  • Solid technical understanding of IC processing equipment, integrated flow, chemistry, and physics

Requirements for Manufacturing and AMHS Manager are:

  • 2 years of experience in people management & development
  • 8 years of overall experience in semiconductor industry
  • BS degree with major in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Mechanical and Automation Engineering, Computer Science is preferred.
  • Hands-on participant with a strong sense of ownership
  • Weekend on-duty and phone availability during off-work hours
