Job description

Summary

Assists the office manager by performing the following duties. 
 

Essential Duties

  • Post data in general ledger.

  • Computes payments.

  • Process customer deals & prepare tag work to send to Court House.

  • Answer phones, greet and assists visitors.

  • Prepares, issues and sends out invoices, statements and checks for  tag work.

  • Receives, counts and balances cash drawer. 

  • Input vehicles into inventory system.

  • Operates office machines such as computer, calculator and copier.

  • Opens and routes incoming mail, answers correspondence and prepares outgoing mail.

  • Maintains professional appearance and neat work area.

  • Other tasks as assigned.

  • Accounting experience preferred.
