As a Business Experience Plan Advisor SR within PNC's President's CIO - Fiscal Governance organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Strongsville, OH, Dallas, TX, Birmingham, AL, Denver, CO, Atlanta, GA, Charlotte, NC, or Chicago, IL.
The Business Experience Plan and Advisor Sr plays a critical role in supporting the President's CIO Group - Fiscal Governance.
Expense Governance
Oversee management of direct expenses.
Maintain accurate expense tracking for internal and external costs.
Resource Management
Manage internal headcount processes, including open requisition tracking, weekly reporting, and aging analysis.
Oversee employee requisition workflows (adds, replacements, costcenter transfers).
Reporting & Delivery
Lead monthly financial review preparation, insights, and presentation support for CIO leadership.
Produce weekly reporting on requisitions, staffing metrics, and timesheet compliance.
Deliver monthly analysis on direct expense drivers, LOB wallet performance, and TND financial scorecards.
Create special reports, dashboards, and summaries for executivelevel consumption.
Operational & Administrative Governance
Support annual operating plan (AOP) processes.
Maintain and process PNC One entries for internal workforce administration.
Oversee internal and external timesheet governance.
Manage SOW governance processes, including coordination with external vendors.
Track and support reporting for software impairment activities.
Required Qualifications
Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, expense governance, and financial planning.
Skilled in data interpretation, trend analysis, and executive-level reporting.
Advance proficiency with Excel and reporting/analytical tools.
Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and support leadership, as well as present to executive leadership.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
