• Assist in specimen acquisitions and specimen prep for analysis as necessary.
• Meticulously document all activities, support the orientation of new team members, and actively uphold strict quality assurance standards.
• Maintain a safe and orderly lab environment while conforming to established regulations and accreditation standards.

Education

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health qualification alongside preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Credential in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be secured within the first year of employment.
• Commitment to ongoing certification throughout tenure.
