Role Description The Retail Associate is a part-time, on-site role based in Dyersville, IA. This role is responsible for welcoming customers, providing knowledgeable and customer-focused service, and ensuring a positive in-store experience that reflects the Baseballism brand. Day-to-day tasks include assisting customers with product selection, processing transactions accurately, maintaining store cleanliness and organization, and restocking merchandise.
