About Salesforce

Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn't a buzzword - it's a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You're in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

The Opportunity

We're seeking a Product Manager / Senior Product Manager for Tableau Next to shape the future of Analytics. In this key role, you'll define the vision and strategy for the product and drive the development of our next generation of Analytics product line. Collaborate with top engineers, designers, and product teams to deliver an innovative, intelligent analytics experience-deeply integrated with Salesforce, Agentforce and Data Cloud.

Your mission: make the hardest parts of enterprise data administration - connectivity, security, governance - disappear behind an agent-guided, consumer-grade experience. Instead of a 50-page admin manual, you're building a system that configures itself, explains itself, and heals itself - everywhere in the world, under prioritized regulations.

What You'll Own

  • Agent-Guided Admin Experiences - Turn complex analytics configs into automated, conversational flows - as easy as installing an app.

  • Governance at Scale, By Default - Partner with the data governance org to move from manual, policy-document security to intuitive, API-first governance that agents enforce automatically, with security "on" from the first click.

  • Implement Monetization tooling - Work with Analytics COE, Pricing, and GTM to design and enforce licensing that scales with Tableau Next adoption.

  • Regulated Industry & Global Footprint Readiness - Own the roadmap for compliance in regulated verticals (FedRAMP, HIPAA, FINRA, GDPR, data residency requirements) and across global deployments. Define how agents detect regulatory context (region, industry, data classification) and automatically apply the correct residency, retention, and access controls - with built-in enforcement and audit trails, not after-the-fact reporting.

  • Headless, Self-Healing Admin - Direct how AI agents detect and resolve data and admin tasks e.g. policy triage, automated alerts, identity drift, so admins get resolutions, not tickets ("Agent detected a schema change in Snowflake and auto-updated the data policy to stay compliant").

Who You Are

A product leader obsessed with the user journey, who treats "admin" as a product experience - not a checklist - and believes agents should carry the cognitive load, not the user.

Must-Haves

  • 4+ years in Product Management, with depth in data security, enterprise infrastructure, or API-first products

  • Strong grasp of identity & governance concepts (Row-Level Security, Attribute-Based Access Control)

  • A track record of turning multi-day IT configuration into minutes-long, guided flows

  • Working knowledge of how agents/LLMs can automate security and connectivity decisions (e.g., semantic policy generation)

  • Ability to set a clear "future of admin" vision and rally engineering/design around it with urgency and precision

Nice-to-Haves

  • Salesforce Platform / Data Cloud security experience, including Private Connect and Named Credentials

  • Hands-on Tableau Server/Cloud admin experience (Data Server, Bridge, Site config)

  • Familiarity with enterprise integration patterns (APIs, SDKs, MCP)

  • Understanding of Zero Trust architecture applied to analytics platforms

  • Experience working with regulated industries e.g. Government, Healthcare, Financial Services

Why This Team

  • Impact: Build the consumer-grade admin layer that drives product-led growth for the next generation of Tableau.

  • Innovation: Solve unglamorous enterprise problems with genuinely cutting-edge agentic AI.

  • Culture: Autonomy, technical depth, and a relentless pursuit of simplicity.

Unleash Your Potential

When you join Salesforce, you'll be limitless in all areas of your life. Our benefits and resources support you to find balance andbe your best, and our AI agents accelerate your impact so you cando your best. Together, we'll bring the power of Agentforce to organizations of all sizes and deliver amazing experiences that customers love. Apply today to not only shape the future - but to redefine what's possible - for yourself, for AI, and the world.
