The Business Intelligence Analyst will play a pivotal role in transforming raw data into actionable insights. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in tools like Tableau, SQL, and Workday, and have a deep understanding of data mining, extraction, transformation, and visualization. You will collaborate across departments to design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics that support strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau to provide actionable insights.
  • Present complex data in an understandable and compelling way for stakeholders.
  • Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes to prepare data for analysis.
  • Leverage SQL to query and manage large datasets across various platforms.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and design BI solutions that align with company goals.
  • Work closely with Workday specialists to integrate and optimize HR, financial, and operational data.
  • Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and security of data by adhering to best practices in data management.
  • Identify and resolve data quality issues to maintain the integrity of BI solutions.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement through advanced data mining techniques.
  • Stay updated with the latest BI tools and methodologies to enhance analytics capabilities.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of Data Analyst or Business Analyst experience
  • Proficiency in Tableau for creating advanced dashboards and visualizations.
  • Strong SQL skills for querying and manipulating large datasets.
  • Experience with Workday integrations and reporting.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex datasets and draw meaningful insights.
  • Skilled in statistical methods, data mining, predictive analytics, data extraction and transformation tools.
