Position Summary
The Tableau Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining interactive dashboards and data visualizations that provide actionable insights to business leaders. This role partners closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements, translate them into clear analytical solutions, and ensure data accuracy, usability, and performance across all reports.

Key ResponsibilitiesData Visualization & Dashboard Development
  • Design, build, and maintain Tableau dashboards, workbooks, and visual analytics.

  • Apply best practices in UI/UX for data visualization to ensure clarity and engagement.

  • Create calculated fields, parameters, and complex data models to support reporting needs.

  • Optimize dashboards for speed, performance, and scalability.

Data Analysis & Reporting
  • Collaborate with business partners to define key metrics, KPIs, and reporting requirements.

  • Analyze data trends, patterns, and anomalies and present insights clearly to stakeholders.

  • Develop automated, repeatable reporting solutions that support ongoing business operations.

Data Management & Integration
  • Connect Tableau to various data sources (SQL databases, spreadsheets, cloud sources, APIs).

  • Validate and cleanse data to ensure accuracy and consistency across reports.
