Detailed JD: 

1. Team Lead / Senior Developer will be responsible for technically leading the software projects through all stages of the life cycle, including responsibility for requirements capture, design, development and acceptance testing.

2. Must have 5+ years of experience

3. Must Have Skills Technical Skills - Tableau (Report Design, Adhoc report creation, Creation of Extracts,)

4. Should have worked on Data Loading, Data quality and Monitoring

5. Should have exposure to ETL, Autosys, Shell Scripting, sizing and Effort Estimation

6. Experience in Life Insurance domain

7. Must have good analytical or problem solving skills with ability to articulate issues/problems to solution approach document 

8. Must have good communication, inter personal skills

9. Experience working on onsite offshore model
