Job description

Overview

This internship will provide the opportunity to work with the IT Reporting & Analytics team to compile, analyze and measure results of data, and prepare insightful reports and presentations for service areas. The intern is expected to combine learned skills with hands-on experience and have a desire to learn and develop professional skills.

Responsibilities

  • Perform data analysis to identify and analyze opportunities for continual service improvement
  • Perform strong visualizations through the creation of reports, charts, and graphs
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree related to Information Technology, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or other related field
  • Experience with Data Analysis, Business Analysis and/or Process Re-engineering
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with experience documenting processes, editing, and reviewing documents
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools including intermediate knowledge of Excel formulas and pivot tables
  • Demonstrates a positive attitude, strong customer service skills, and effective interpersonal relationships
  • Demonstrates dependability and adherence to process standards, and compliance with company policy and procedure

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics module and dashboard development
  • Experience with business intelligence reporting tools such as Tableau or Power BI

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 4:30PM (minimum of 20-25 hours a week, based on school schedule)
