Job Summary:
Pyramid Consulting, Inc is a leading player in the Banking & Financial Industry, currently seeking a CW Reporting Analyst for a contract opportunity. The role focuses on automating reporting processes, generating standard reports, and synthesizing data to provide actionable insights for business decisions.
Responsibilities:
• Automate standardized reporting
• Generation and delivery of standard reports
• Synthesize raw data into actionable insights to drive business decisions
• Identify gaps and opportunities for improvements among existing reports
• Completion of ad-hoc reporting, data, and analysis requests
• Create and maintain process documentation
• Meet regular delivery timelines
• Primarily interactions will be with the SOAR team, with some interactions with other Demand Management and Workforce Management teams.
• However, we support all service operations areas of the business, so there will be potential to interact with many areas.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 5+ years of experience in Python preferably performing reporting automation.
• 5+ years of experience in Tableau dashboard creation.
• 5+ years of recent SQL programming experience preferably in Windows.
• Ability to multitask on several projects at once.
• Ability to work independently with deadlines and deliver high quality results.
Preferred:
• Experience with Agile, Scrum project delivery a plus.
• Strong understanding of financial services data desired.
• Data warehouse experience helpful.
