Role: Director, Business Intelligence & Performance Strategy

Job Details:
- Act as a strategic partner to senior and executive leadership by translating enterprise and hotel-level performance data into actionable business insights.
- Lead the development and management of executive dashboards, scorecards, and performance reporting tools.
- Analyze trends across portfolio performance (e.g., revenue, occupancy, pricing metrics) to guide strategic decisions and growth initiatives.
- Drive data-backed discussions on brand positioning, portfolio mix, and investment priorities.
- Manage and execute strategic initiatives including business intelligence enhancements and performance improvement programs.
- Build and maintain project plans, timelines, and cross-functional coordination for key initiatives.
- Convert large, complex datasets into clear narratives for executive presentations and board-level reporting.
- Conduct scenario modeling, forecasting, and "what-if" analysis to support decision-making.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to standardize performance metrics, benchmarks, and methodologies.
- Utilize modern analytics tools and AI-driven insights to monitor trends and improve reporting efficiency.
Required Skills:
- 8+ years of experience in business intelligence, strategy, or performance analytics.
- Strong experience analyzing multi-unit or hospitality/business portfolio data.
- Expertise in key performance metrics such as revenue trends, pricing, and occupancy analytics.
- Advanced skills in data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
- Proven ability to present complex insights to executive stakeholders in a clear, strategic manner.
- Strong analytical, financial modeling, and storytelling capabilities.
- Experience working in highly collaborative, cross-functional environments.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
- Background in hospitality, travel, or franchise-based businesses.
- Advanced degree in business, data science, economics, or related field.
- Experience with enterprise-level strategic planning and performance optimization initiatives.
- Familiarity with AI-driven analytics tools and modern BI ecosystems.
Pay Range: $124,900 - $143,700 + 10% annual bonus
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
