Job Details:
  • Act as a strategic partner to senior and executive leadership by translating enterprise and hotel-level performance data into actionable business insights.
  • Lead the development and management of executive dashboards, scorecards, and performance reporting tools.
  • Analyze trends across portfolio performance (e.g., revenue, occupancy, pricing metrics) to guide strategic decisions and growth initiatives.
  • Drive data-backed discussions on brand positioning, portfolio mix, and investment priorities.
  • Manage and execute strategic initiatives including business intelligence enhancements and performance improvement programs.
  • Build and maintain project plans, timelines, and cross-functional coordination for key initiatives.
  • Convert large, complex datasets into clear narratives for executive presentations and board-level reporting.
  • Conduct scenario modeling, forecasting, and "what-if" analysis to support decision-making.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to standardize performance metrics, benchmarks, and methodologies.
  • Utilize modern analytics tools and AI-driven insights to monitor trends and improve reporting efficiency.

Required Skills:
  • 8+ years of experience in business intelligence, strategy, or performance analytics.
  • Strong experience analyzing multi-unit or hospitality/business portfolio data.
  • Expertise in key performance metrics such as revenue trends, pricing, and occupancy analytics.
  • Advanced skills in data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
  • Proven ability to present complex insights to executive stakeholders in a clear, strategic manner.

Pay Range: $124,900 - $143,700 + 10% annual bonus
